Project: The formalization and abstraction of paradigmatic psychoacoustical properties of agglomerates of sounds of definite pitch as theoretical grounds for a new discipline of Harmony;
Responsibilities: proponent and director (coordenador) of the project, and main researcher.
Funding Agency: Fundação Araucária (governmental Brazilian agency - Araucaria Foundation for the Scientific and Technological Development of the State of Paraná, Brazil).
Objective: to fund the execution of a research project in music theory.

2009 - 2010 - 2011 - 2012 - 2013 - 2014 - 2015
Project: Undergraduate Research Fellowship Advising;
Responsibilities: research proponent and adviser of 8 undergraduate research projects funded with research fellowships for the students.
Funding Agency: Fundação Araucária (governmental Brazilian agency - Araucaria Foundation for the Scientific and Technological Development of the State of Paraná, Brazil).
Objective: to fund undergraduate research student projects under the supervision of a main professor/researcher adviser.

2009 to 2011
Project: Interinstitutional Master's degree program in Music (Mestrado Interinstitucional em Música -MINTER). Temporary joint graduate program between the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (UNIRIO) and the State University of Maringá;
Responsibilities: acted as proponent of the project, Director of Operations (coordenador operacional), and professor.
Funding Agency: Fundação Araucária (governmental Brazilian agency - Araucaria Foundation for the Scientific and Technological Development of the State of Paraná, Brazil).
Objective: to create and run a two-year joint master's-degree graduate program between the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (UNIRIO) and the State University of Maringá, for a limited number of students.

2007 to 2010
Project: "Solutions for the implementation of complete chains of digital audio production and post-production by means of open-source software in Linux-powered computers";
Responsibilities: proponent and director (coordenador) of the project, and main researcher.
Funding Agency: Fundação Araucária (governmental Brazilian agency - Araucaria Foundation for the Scientific and Technological Development of the State of Paraná, Brazil).
Objective: to acquire equipment and assemble a pilot production studio at the Music Department of the State University of Maringá-Paraná, Brazil.
